When you do your makeup every day, it’s easy to fall into the same routines. Did you know you can change up your entire look by just applying your blush in a different way?

Here’s 4 techniques you can use to give yourself a sun-tanned glow, a dramatic runway look, and everything in between.

1. Sun-kissed glow

One of the easiest ways to switch up your look is by applying your blush lightly across your nose and connecting it to the blush on your cheeks. Not only is this technique not require any insane makeup skills, it instantly transforms your look.

This small difference gives you a youthful glow that looks like you’ve been laying out by the pool all day. And who doesn’t love a good pool day?

We recommend using the Sunset Lover Lip and Cheek Stain to achieve this sun-kissed look!

2. blushing from within

Applying blush just to the apples of your cheeks gives a very natural look, like you’re actually blushing! Use this technique if you want to look like you just got back from the gym--minus the sweat, plus a little flawlessness.

Try this with Paradise Pink if you want a sweeter, more delicate look.

3. Sculpted blush

Apply your blush on your cheekbones, following your contour line.

You can even mix your blush with your contour (try using the Sculpt and Shine Baton contour mixed with Sunset Lover).

Blend up towards where you would typically apply highlighter. This helps lift your face and gives you a more sophisticated look.

4. draped blush

A classic runway look, draped blush steps up your makeup game to the next level.

Apply your blush from your cheekbones all the way up to your cheekbones for this intense, dramatic look. This is a great way to break out of your makeup rut and try something totally new.

Try mixing together Sunset Lover and Paradise Pink for a light berry shade.
